According to Lookonchain monitoring, a certain whale is shorting the ETH/BTC exchange rate. This whale withdrew 2770 cbBTC ($243 million) from CEX, deposited 2219 cbBTC ($194.6 million) into Aave, and borrowed 45,441 ETH ($99 million) with it.
