NOIZ Expands Reach with AI-Powered LOOP Space Acquisition in Web3 Integration

The move aligns with NOIZ’s broader digital innovation strategy and underscores its commitment to scaling operations within the decentralized internet economy.

LOOP Space distinguishes itself by combining blockchain community engagement, digital gifting, and immersive audio-visual experiences. Its platform is designed with functionality similar to that of X, Discord, and Douyin, offering live streaming, community-driven events, and AI-powered interaction specifically tailored for crypto-native audiences.

The platform’s visibility has surged in recent months, particularly after livestreaming major industry events such as TOKEN2049 Dubai and the Bitcoin Conference 2025 in Las Vegas. As a result, LOOP Space’s user base has expanded to over 280,000 registered users, with significant growth across Southeast Asia, including 15,000 users in Vietnam and 8,000 in Indonesia.

To build on this momentum, LOOP Space plans to integrate advanced multilingual AI tools and open-source APIs, enabling global accessibility and third-party development. Simultaneously, it will deepen collaborations with prominent crypto KOLs and digital asset exchanges to co-host events, boost token utility, and onboard new users into its Web3 ecosystem.

Further enhancements include real-time AI translation, cross-platform content syndication, and AI-driven content moderation and recommendations—features aimed at improving user experience and ensuring regulatory scalability .

Commenting on the acquisition, NOIZ Chairman and CEO Hans Wong emphasized that this move strengthens the company’s ability to operate at the intersection of AI and Web3. He noted that LOOP Space will complement NOIZ’s digital and financial services business, drive diversified revenue, and enhance long-term value for shareholders.

Meanwhile, venture capital firm ThreeD Capital has announced its support for DeLorean Labs’ recent launch of its native cryptocurrency token, $DMC. The token, which went live on June 24, 2025, marks a key milestone in the automaker’s evolution toward digital finance and electric vehicle innovation. $DMC is now trading on multiple major cryptocurrency exchanges, further signaling DeLorean’s shift into the Web3 era.
