BlockBeats news, on January 20, according to BlockSec Phalcon monitoring, the multi-chain DeFi execution engine project Makina suffered an attack on the Ethereum network, resulting in a loss of 5,107,871 USDC. The vulnerability allowed attackers to manipulate the liquidity pool price and artificially inflate the value of liquidity providers' assets, thereby carrying out an arbitrage attack.
