Biopharmaceutical company Janux Therapeutics partners with Bristol Myers Squibb

Glonghui, January 22 — Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Janux Therapeutics announced that it has entered into a collaboration and global exclusive license agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb. This partnership will focus on developing a novel, undisclosed tumor-activating therapeutic. Under the agreement, Janux will complete preclinical development through the submission of the IND application, after which Bristol-Myers Squibb will hold the IND and be responsible for subsequent development and global commercialization. Janux may receive up to $50 million in upfront and near-term milestone payments, and could potentially receive up to approximately $800 million in additional development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments.
