Take-Two Interactive raises full-year net bookings guidance, GTA VI set for November release

Glonghui, February 4th|Game publisher Take-Two Interactive Software announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. Net bookings increased by 28% year-on-year to $1.76 billion, exceeding analysts' expectations of $1.59 billion. The company reported a loss of $0.5 per share, narrowing from a loss of $0.71 per share in the same period last year, while analysts had expected a loss of $0.39 per share. CEO Strauss Zelnick stated that many business segments continue to maintain strong momentum, and with the highly anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto VI on November 19, the company expects net bookings to reach record levels in fiscal year 2027. Looking ahead to fiscal year 2026, the company expects bookings to be between $6.65 billion and $6.7 billion, up from the previous forecast of $6.4 billion to $6.5 billion.
