IoTeX L1 resumes operation and completes upgrade

IoTeX officially announced that after a suspected private key leak led to a hacker attack, the L1 has been restored online and the upgrade has been completed. The new v2.3.4 version adds a default blacklist feature, which can automatically filter malicious EOA addresses to enhance network security. The compensation plan for affected bridge users is expected to be announced within 24 hours.
