For the third quarter of fiscal 2026, Modine posted adjusted earnings of $1.19 per share, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter reached $805 million, exceeding expectations by 5.9%.
Modine’s growth is fueled by rising demand in the data center market, expanding profit margins, and a strategic portfolio shift. The company’s exposure to hyperscale data centers and a robust project pipeline position it for 50-70% annual growth in this segment over the next two years, according to management.
Long-term contracts provide revenue stability, while the company’s pipeline reflects ongoing demand for AI-driven infrastructure, supporting both operational leverage and earnings visibility.
The Climate Solutions division continues to show margin improvement, with third-quarter margins rising sequentially. Modine anticipates fourth-quarter margins in the 20-21% range and expects to finish fiscal 2026 with its highest quarterly margin to date. The target for fiscal 2027 is a 20-23% margin for Climate Solutions, indicating further progress.
Modine is also restructuring its portfolio through a Reverse Morris Trust transaction, merging its Performance Technologies business with Gentherm. After completion, Modine will focus solely on Climate Solutions, with the deal expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Atmus Filtration Technologies develops and produces filtration and media solutions for a range of markets, including trucks, buses, agriculture, construction, mining, marine, and power generation. Its products are sold under the Fleetguard brand both in the U.S. and internationally.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Atmus reported earnings of $0.66 per share, topping the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter was $446.6 million, 5.75% above expectations.
For the current year, Atmus anticipates revenue growth of 13% and earnings growth of 7.3%. The consensus estimate for annual earnings has risen by 4.6% in the past week.
LCI Industries
LCI Industries supplies components to the recreational vehicle and manufactured housing sectors, as well as related markets such as buses, cargo and equestrian trailers, marine, and heavy trucks. The company operates through two main divisions: Original Equipment Manufacturers and Aftermarket.
Its product range includes awnings, suspension systems, chassis, doors, laminates, electronics, interiors, software, windows, glass, and thermoformed bath and kitchen products.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, LCI Industries reported earnings of $0.89 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.69. Quarterly revenue reached $932.7 million, exceeding estimates by 1.59%.
LCI expects revenue to grow by 3.5% and earnings by 17.8% this year. The consensus estimate for annual earnings has improved by 7.2% in the last seven days.
