It's a buy here and lower

- have extensively modeled their contracts
- at the low end you'll see $40mm ebitda this year, high end $60mm
- contracts are signed
- people FUD'ing the AI-infra layer and their neocloud customers
- even Jim Chanos talking about , other neos using too-long capex depreciation curves misses the point - the payback period is what's in question, not the gaap accounting (just yet)
- anyway, wyfi is not a neo, they sell to neos (nscale) and at the curr valuation you're looking at below 10x ebitda
- other peers e.g. glxy, cifr, wulf (to an extent iren, but it's a bit diff) are 10x on '27 not '26. so the discount here c/b low trading history, ownership structure (i could get into that if u want), but unlikley the discount should be a 30% haircut to equity on a Ke basis
- i'm only at 50 bps here, but would like to own it closer to $10, i'd not split hairs and it will be a trading name, but around 12-13 (if we get a sell off/ macro beta-risk-off) in coming days/ weeks, this would be a good grab.
