Foresight News reported, according to Kechuang Daily, that Moonshot AI (Kimi) is finalizing a new round of financing, with a pre-money valuation reaching $4.8 billion. This round of financing will be completed soon. Moonshot AI has not yet commented on this financing.

According to previous Foresight News reports, Moonshot AI completed a $500 million Series C financing last December, led by IDG with an investment of $150 million. Existing shareholders including Alibaba, Tencent, and Wang Huiwen oversubscribed, bringing the post-money valuation to $4.3 billion.
